2008 December 18 The results of the representative elections for the IVS Directing Board are: Gino Tuccari (Networks), Oleg Titov (Analysis and Data Centers), and Rüdiger Haas (Technology Development Centers).

2008 October 10 The First Circular for the VLBI2010 Workshop on Future Radio Frequencies and Feeds (FRFF) was posted. The goal of the FRFF Workshop is to develop recommendations for VLBI2010 frequencies and feeds. The local organizers maintain a meeting Web page with more information at FRFF2009 .

2008 June 23 The IVS Directing Board solicits proposals for the installation and operation of IVS Combination Centers . Proposals are due by 1 September 2008.
2008 June 23 The IVS Directing Board solicits proposals for additional IVS Operational Analysis Centers and Associate Analysis Centers . Existing Associate Analysis Centers are encouraged to apply for becoming an Operational Analysis Center. Proposals are due by 1 September 2008.
2008 May 21 The IVS Analysis Coordinator's office posted the Combined Quarterly EOP solution for 2/2008. The solution is referenced to the middle of the sessions and is available with nutation offsets in dPsi/dEps (ivs08q2e) and in dX/dY (ivs08q2X).
